How to Shop Clean

There are so many thoughts running through my head when I enter the grocery market.

One thing that I find helps put my mind at ease from all the craziness around me, is journaling! 📝 It can really be anything from how my day is going, ranting, following certain prompts, and the list can go on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I find journaling helps when the thoughts in my head become too much and I have to let them out, in a healthy way! 💭 After journaling, I feel that I get a clearer picture of what’s going on around me and how to tackle what comes next. 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There are so many benefits to journaling such as accepting your feelings, as well as helps with managing stress, depression, and anxiety.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This roasted buffalo cauliflower is too good, you have to try! Recipe below! 🧡

🔸Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
1 tsp garlic powder / chopped garlic
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ smoked paprika
¼ ground pepper
1 tsp crushed chilli
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley
-Ranch Sauce:
½ cup soaked cashews
½ cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt
¼ cup fresh parsley

🔸Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the crushed chilli, olive oil, lemon juice, all the spices and salt. Whisk well to combine. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss well to coat.
3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer over a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, gently tossing the cauliflower approximately halfway through cooking. Cook until the cauliflower is tender and browned around the edges.
4. For the ranch sauce, blend every ingredient until getting a smooth cream.
5. Serve immediately. Chopped parsley on the top, optional.

$Keeping up with my regular workout routine with Chrissy @biofitbody_training to round out my 28 days of new and consistent intentions! I love my three day workouts with Chrissy. She does a great job at balancing out what we do from ab work, circuit training, as well as rehab for my fractured toe. We always have a good time working out since it’s not my most favorite thing to do 🤪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Definitely liking it more and more though!! 💗🏋🏻‍♀️$
